Plastic Energy is a global leader in chemical recycling, with a decade of operational experience.

We take post-consumer plastic waste, otherwise destined for landfill or incineration and create a new recycled feedstock called TACOIL™ to replaced virgin fossil oils in the production of new plastics. We lead the industry with two commercial operational plants in Spain, and two joint ventures - including SPEAR at Chemelot with our partner SABIC. To further advance the recycling of hard-to-recycle plastics and creation of a circular economy, we also offer licensing of our patented technology.
